TMMT can support PCNs by providing a clinical pharmacist and/or pharmacy technician that meet the requirements set out in
Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES). Our trained pharmacists can be utilised to achieve key PCN targets e.g.,
Structured medication reviews (SMRs), Impact Investment Funds (IIF), QOF as well as reducing medication related workload for the GP surgeries within the PCN.

Primary Care Network Services

With PCNs now being required to provide extended access appointments, our pharmacists can be used to create appointments for PCNs or GP federations.
Appointments can have a variety of uses dependant and tailored to the need of the PCN.
